    The Mark Center, also known as BRAC-133 project, is the fourth largest building in the National Capital Region (NCR) behind the Pentagon, Ronald Regan Building, and NGA Springfield. The new constructed facility is 1.75 million square feet of secret and TS/SCI SCIF space designed to support DoD OSD offices and WHS operations.  SMS was contracted by the Washington Headquarters Services to architect, design, and independently oversee the Information Technology (IT) infrastructure supporting 6505 tenants and 18,000 interfaces, 10 million feet of cable infrastructure, 96 telecommunications rooms, 2 classified data centers, 16 major enterprise systems, and the largest DoD conference facility in the NCR region.
