In her time with SMS, Lexley has been instrumental in driving the success of our proposal efforts over the last decade. Her meticulous attention to detail, strategic thinking, and ability to inspire teamwork have been key ingredients to our accomplishments. She is deeply respected by her peers, colleagues, and teammates alike, and her leadership has left a lasting impact on all of us, including recent IDIQ wins with GSA’s One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) Unrestricted contract and the Air Force Base Infrastructure Modernization (BIM) Tier A Small Business contract, and task orders such as Command, Control, Communications and Computer (C4) Services Contract at Kirtland Air Force Base in Albuquerque, NM; the Phillips Research Site Information Systems Management (PRsISM) 2.0 recompete contract for the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) at Kirtland Air Force Base, NM; and Joint Program Executive Office Armaments & Ammunition (JPEO A&A) Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Operational and Information Technology (IT) Support at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ.

Beyond her professional contributions, Lexley has brought infectious energy and enthusiasm to the workplace. We will miss her ability to connect with people and foster a positive and collaborative environment. Her passion for golf, her love for traveling, and her vibrant personality remind us that her next chapter will be filled with the same dedication and joy she brought to her career.

While we are sad to see Lexley go, we are excited for her to embark on this well-deserved journey of retirement, where she can fully embrace her hobbies and explore new opportunities.

Please join us in expressing our heartfelt gratitude to Lexley for all that she has achieved during her tenure. Let’s celebrate her remarkable career and wish her the very best in this new chapter of her life.
