SMS Employee Supports Local Community College as ServiceNow Instructor
SMS’ Francisco Dominicci-Aponte, Lead ServiceNow Developer for AFRL Philips Research Site (PRS) is proudly supporting a higher education course for ServiceNow System Administration offered by the Central New Mexico Community College (CNM) Ingenuity program in partnership with the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL).
This 10-week program, starting January 27, 2025, will equip participants with essential skills in ServiceNow, a cloud-based platform that streamlines organizational processes. Francisco will be teaching core concepts of system administration, automation, and customization. Francisco brings five years of experience in delivering tailored ServiceNow solutions and holds ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Applications Developer, and ServiceNow Certified Instructor certifications.
In a recent article published by CNM, Francisco highlights the unique value of ServiceNow, noting that “every element is customizable to the individual needs of an organization. Local organizations like Sandia National Laboratories, as well as national organizations like Space Force and the Department of Defense are transitioning to ServiceNow, and they all need system administrators.”
Francisco and SMS’ ServiceNow development team were also recognized in 2024 for their outstanding Air Force support: AFRL Phillips Research Site Wins ServiceNow Mission Support Team of the Year Award.
Thank you, Francisco, for your dedication to our customer and the local community!
