SMS Supports the White House

Many things must happen when the President of the United States travels, and they must happen quickly and without fail.

During President Biden’s recent campaign visit to Albuquerque, NM, the White House Communications Agency contacted SMS’ Kirtland C4 team to provide phone and internet services for the President during a campaign visit. Despite receiving last minute notice to extend the lines of communication, the SMS team, along with commercial service providers Lumen and AT&T, prepared and delivered exceptional performance and uptime to the White House team while on ground at Kirtland Air Force Base.

Christopher Lock, Jordan Shiu, and Harry Montoya were recognized for their exceptional achievements by the White House Communications Agency. They each received a Certificate of Appreciation which reads:

Your unique abilities, coupled with your superb attitude and professionalism, enable our Agency to provide critical communications for the President, the White House Staff and the United States Secret Service.
