The ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification is an international standard defining the provisioning of information security services that support the delivery of engineering, operations, cybersecurity, and digital transformation solutions for federal and civilian government customers. To achieve this certification, SMS demonstrated its Information Security Management System (ISMS) processes, security controls, technology and policies adhere to the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standard, signifying SMS’ commitment to information security best practices and the consistent use of proper procedures for all organizational workflows. The thorough audit process was conducted by accredited independent auditor SAI-Global.
