Effective immediately, Mr. Rakesh Patel, Director of Service Delivery, will be assuming the role of Vice President of Service Delivery. Mr. Patel, who has served SMS for over three years in project and program management roles as well as business development activities, has more than 20 years of IT experience delivering complex solutions to federal government customers. In his new role as Vice President of Service Delivery, Mr. Patel will continue to lead all aspects of project and program management as well as assisting with other duties related to operations and general corporate management as it relates to customer service delivery.
