Mrs. Melanie Shipley joined SMS in June of 2003 as Director of Human Resources and since that time has taken on increasing levels of responsibility and management within the Human Resources department, including serving as the Facility Security Officer. Mrs. Shipley has over 21 years of human resources experience focused largely in Information Technology  companies and Federal Government contracting. In her new role, Mrs. Shipley will continue to lead all aspects of human resources as well as assist with all matters related to personnel and facility clearances.
