McLean, VA | February 26, 2024   SMS announced the addition of a new executive to the company. 

Scott Darwin, Sr. Director of Service Delivery, was promoted to the role of Vice President of Service Delivery. In this role, Mr. Darwin will continue to lead all aspects of project and program management as well as other duties related to operations and general corporate management. In his six years with SMS, Mr. Darwin has fulfilled key operational and managerial positions for several highly successful programs.
