McLean, VA | June 17, 2022 – SMS announced today that it has received a 2022 Top Workplaces award by The Washington Post. The Top Workplaces feature identifies private, public, nonprofit and government agencies within the DC metro area with the highest ratings as voted by their employees.

Selection was based solely on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous third-party survey where more than 7,122 DC area companies were invited and only 200 eventually chosen. The 24-question survey measured employees satisfaction over several aspects of workplace culture, including coaching, alignment, engagement, leadership, performance and benefits, as well as  overall job satisfaction, and the health of their organization. SMS, in its seventh consecutive year on the list, ranked 12 of 75 mid-sized companies in the greater Washington area.
